Review and analyze email history and statisticsto identify strengths and weaknesses. Develop a communications strategy and calendar with timelines for email communications for both mailing list and wine club members. Segment list to identify customer preferences for targeting. Write monthly emails.
Provide on-site training and coaching for tasting room staff to increase visitor engagement, sales, and conversion to wine club and email list. Coach wine club staff to further develop core competency and potential.
Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Review site for content, links, functionality; review Google Analytics statistics to identify opportunities. Provide suggested copy edits, functional improvements and navigation changes based on best practices that will increase visits, engagement and sales.
